Return & Refund
We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it,unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@andrewmossjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping a product you wish to return is always at your own expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
